Fleming Foster is a long established
law firm, practicing from Manurewa, South Auckland,
since 1949.
Until 1998 the firm was a branch of the Auckland firm
of McVeagh Fleming, founded in the 1930’s by T.
J. Fleming (later a Supreme Court Judge).
T. J. Fleming and his family lived in Alfriston and Manukau
City in the 1930’s & 1940’s and with strong connections
there, a Manurewa branch was opened by T.
J’s
son, Hugh Fleming in 1949.
His son (T.J. Flemings
grandson), Tom Fleming became resident
partner in 1973. Paul
Foster joined the firm in 1985.
Tom Fleming retired from the practice in March 2010. Paul
Foster is now the Principal of the firm. The practice is supported by an
excellent
professional
support
team.
Fleming Foster relocated offices from Manurewa to Manukau City
in
2010.
