Paul Foster joined McVeagh
Fleming in 1985 as a solicitor doing personal property
and business law. He became a partner in 1987 and continued
in that capacity with McVeagh Fleming and Fleming Foster,
becoming Principal of Fleming Foster in March 2010.
Paul specialises in corporate/commercial law, including commercial property work, business acquisitions, sales leasing, commercial contracts and company matters. He also practices in the trusts and estate planning areas.
Paul attended Otago Boys High school and Otago University in Dunedin. He completed
his LLB in 1980 and was admitted to the Bar in 1981. Paul's personal commitment
is to provide an efficient, personal and professional service to his clients.
His positive approach, depth of knowledge and experience with sound business
knowledge has assisted him in developing a large client base. Paul worked with
Cook Allan & Co
in Dunedin and Chrisp Caley & Co. in Gisborne prior to moving to Auckland.
Outside of work, Paul is a sports enthusiast with a particular involvement in swimming, tennis & golf. He lives in rural Manukau City with his wife and 2 school aged children. He is involved in local sporting and community organisations.
